Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with the item/s you have purchased, please feel free to send it back within 30 days of receiving the goods and we will be happy to refund your money, refunds take approx 7 days to process so please be patient. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable (item/s must be unused to qualify for a refund, and sent back in with original packaging)
Instructions for refunds
Please send back item/s with a cover note explaining that you would like a refund or exchange, you must include your full name, address, e-mail and send to The Studio, Kingsway Court, Second avenue, Hove, BN3 2LP. It is mandatory that you provide this information for us to locate your sale.
Instructions for exchanges
If you want to exchange your item/s the same process goes as mentioned above. Note you will have to add (£2.50 in coins) to cover P+P + Any extra money for a more expensive item, wrap up any coins to keep discreet. If the item is less you will need to calculate the difference including the £2.50 re postage charge.
